The SSC does not collect personal information on this site unless you volunteer it

directly related purposes, or (c) other reasons permitted under the Privacy Act 1993;
The SSC does not share personal information volunteered through this site with others, unless this is (a) necessary for
the purpose for which it is provided (e.g., to seek an answer to a complaint from a person complained about), (b) required
by law, or (c) you specifically authorise such sharing of information;
The SSC web servers collect standard information which include IP address, page viewed and time of viewing.

Information provided via this site will be held by the SSC;
You may seek access to personal information held about you by the SSC in accordance with your rights under the Privacy
Act. You have the right to ask to have information corrected or deleted. To protect your privacy, and that of others, the

Business name, address, location and phone number may be displayed on the national broadband map
